Looks like a fan powder brush to me! You sweep powder across your face to apply. Someone correct me if I'm wrong though!

I have same one. Mine isnt Elf, its belle and I hate hit! Not very soft!

Ya this one is very soft too but this isn't Elf either...I'm not even sure of the brand because it doesn't say it. I don't/have never contoured before so...pretty useless!

Sounds like it'd make a great blush brush in that case! And if you ever want to contour, you've already got the brush. :)
