I have popped up many pimples and whiteheads in the past Nd that has left spots all over my forehead. Is there anyway I can make them go away for good?

You can NOT pop your pinples! that is just a no no! if you get pimples you will just have to let it go away on its own. you can try face masks. I heard that a face mask fron the dead sea is good and you just have to look online. search for face masks. eat healthy and drink lots of water. wash your face twice a day and if your hands are dirty don't touch your face.
