I was originally using the 24/7 whatever eyeliner pencil from urban decay and just ran out this morning. I don't wanna have to buy another because it is expensive for just a little stick.
What is a great dupe (or close enough dupe)? Preferably something cheap and at drugstores.

The Rimmel scandeleyes waterproof eye pencil is the closest drugstore dupe you will find. Its soft and creamy, but stays on (without smudging) for very long.
