I've heard that drinking a LOT of water everyday is good for it, and skin.. I've also heard that taking vitamins like Bitoin or Hair skin & Nails help. :)

Don't wash your hair everyday, get it trimmed because you might have dead ends, get a deep conditioner, eat healthy, and wear your hair on a bun, braid, or wrap it up when you go to sleep :)

Don't use heat, get it trimmed only when you start getting split ends, take biotin, use Mane N Tail shampoo (it's the bomb for growing out your hair... I promise!!), use a deep conditioner 1-2 times a week.
