Yeah I agree add layers, you could also try side bangs or blunt bangs, they look really cute for school! X.

I agree with the Hilary Duff picture because she has really cute hair. If you don't like it, look up celebs with the same hair types as you and see which hairstyle you like best. Celebs are usually good guide lines for this type of thing.

I recommend face framing layers and maybe thinning it out with a razor if its that thick. But I say face framing layers because it will keep the rest or your hair long and just accentuate your face. You have a round face, so the last thing you should do is ever cut it too short or get anything blunt (like a straight across fringe). It would just add more width to your face.
