It's a citric acid burn. It'll take a while to heal, Put ice on itz.

Yes its definitely a burn...Apply aloe vera gel and an ice pack every few hours...You can also try organic cold rose water...Never apply lemon juice directly or mixed with soda bicarb onto your skin...Always mix it with honey or chickpea flour to reduce the acidity content a bit...Hope it heals soon hun :)

Well if you are sure its under your skin and not hurting anymore I would suggest seeing a derm...Its possible that your skin might have had a reaction to the mixture you used...if not you can give it a few more days to fade...Burns would normally fade in a week or so!!

The photo definitely looks like a burn. Citric acid burns are chemical burns, which react on the skin differently than thermal burns- this is why it doesn't look like a burn to you. Applying aloe vera and avoiding makeup while it heals are the safest things to do to prevent further irritation. If it doesn't start to heal, see a doctor or dermatologist.
