Salicylic acid will dry out the blemishes very quickly. Try neutrogena or burts bees spot treatment.
Also, pure tea tree oil will naturally help eat away the bacteria as well as heal/prevent scars. :)

I suggest using Cetaphil twice a day. Cetaphil moisturizer in the morning. & at night, tea tree oil (I got mine at walmart) and if you have any scars, rub lemon on it. This is my daily skin routine and it works wonders. Oh and try using mint julep mask a couple times a week helps dry out in pimples and gets rid of blackheads. Hope this helps :)

I recommend anything with Benzoyl Peroxide or tea tree oil in it, they're by far the most researched acne fighting ingredients
