They contain caffine and aloe vera so temporarily they will cool your eyes and reduce the puffyness but its not a permanent solution.

Yes preeti is 100% correct. You could use ground coffee beans and it would have the same effect but also temporary. I would suggest looking into all natural oils and you will find one for your skin needs. Oils will not do any further damage to your skin like most if not all drugstore products which contain horrible chemicals. The product you speak of contains propylene glycol AKA anti freeze yes the same stuff you use for your car your putting on your face which then absorbs into your blood stream which then goes into the rest of your body. 100% natural oils for the most part are stupid cheap so do a little research and go to your local health food store but try to avoid whole foods they are so overpriced, I prefer natural grocers for better prices.
