I would go to sephora and talk to someone who works there, they have amazing spot treatments for pimples here and there. They helped me out a lot. :)

Try a benzoyl peroxide spot cream. You can get it at the drugstore by brands like Neutrogena. Make sure to use a moisturizer with it. It cleared up my skin amazingly!

You can try the toothpaste method. When you see a pimple, apply a small amount of toothpaste to it, and either wait for it to dry then rinse off or leave it on over night. Also for another overnight treatment mix honey and cinnamon directly to the pimple and leave on over night. And if you want to try a face wash, I use Simples (a brand made for sensitive skin) face wash and night cream. It works wonders for me, it might for you too :) I hope this helps you!

You could also use aspirin overnight on the spots to reduce the size of it :) it actually really works
