For hair, I think you should look at Zooey Deschanel for inspiration. I think loose curls going away from your face would look better. Also I think you should grow out your bangs, your face looks youthful but it's the bangs that age you. Also, here's a couple vids by the best guru on YouTube gossmakeupartist:
