I went through Walmart the other day, looking at nail polishes and noticed these weird colored ones.
Upon further inspection, I need that someone had just painted a Sally Hanson polish all over the swatches of another brand!! Why do people do this?!

One time I saw these two teen girls going through makeup opening up the cases, sticking their fingers in the makeup, and trying the makeup...it was seriously gross :(

Ugh its always like that at the walmart where I live.. the lipsticks are always smashed inside the lids. So from now on I never buy anything unless its fully wrapped in plastic and saftey seals. The other day I bought some ponds face cream and the safety seal was off and there are some blue junk in it. I was so mad! I had to take it back for another.

That sucks... Unfortunately Walmart tends to be a trashy place. Buuuuut did you happen to catch the name of that top coat? I love it and haven't noticed one like that at Walmart!

@victoria it's one of those Sally Hanson fuzzy top coats. Came out the same time as those textured "sugar" top coats.

Ugh I hate that I'll spend 20 minutes looking for something because someone's gone and rearranged things and thrown them in the wrong place and the worst part is when ppl break things I once went to buy my mom the hard candy tiki bronzer & there was one left and someone had broken it. I've also encountered the smashed lipsticks

I've seen very messy walmart makeup sections...looks like they've been ransacked. And I see no one cleaning it up either.
