I got my hair died yesterday, while at the salon I was in such shock that I nodded my head and acted like I liked it.. But whenever I got home I cried my eyes out and realized how much I hated it. I'm not a rude person but I spent of a lot money on my hair and I would like it how I asked , would it be okay to go back tomorrow and ask for her to change it? How would I ask without coming off rude? I'm just so unhappy.

Not at all. You paid for something that you didn't get and it's perfectly in your right to ask it to be fixed.

Just go up to them politely and say that you will like for them to re-do your hair make sure you include "not to be rude or disrespectful but the first time is was done it was terrible" it has happen to me too and I did the same thing you did and just nooded and said I liked it. But eventually my Aunt came and got it taken cared of.

No, it would not be rude. I am a hairdresser and I would MUCH rather redo any service I perform if it is not 100% what someone wanted. What would be rude in our eyes, is if your said nothing to me but told everyone else. A happy client is the best billboard so any stylist would want to make you happy. Also, don't forget we're people too! We expect what we want when we spend our money as well, so we get it. Just don't be loud about it, I'd say. Politeness goes a long way. I'd done a kids hair exactly how the dad told me, the mom came in a hour later (had not come in the first time) and was screaming at me from across the room...because I did what the dad said. Not the same situation, but I will forever remember that family, and I will never touch that kids head again.
