At home hair color. HELP!

I'm thinking about coloring my hair. is there a difference in Using hair color for women of color and all The other ones in The store. Reason I ask is because there isn't a lot to choose from for women of color.

Use the Argon oil color from Sally's. it's amazing. It hydrates your hair and softens while it colors and the color is vibrant and lasts a long time. Use an olive oil deep conditioning treatment after.

I'm a hairdresser, I've never been told to use different hair color. Perms and relaxers yes, but not haircolor.
