Don't wear foundation or concealer unless you have acne, wearing it young screws you over for high school and you'll regret it. For eyes what you have is good! But if you want to add
More stick to matte neutral eyeshadows. Shimmer shadows are too much for school. Remember, you hate half these people and the rest you couldn't give a crap about, so why try and impress them? I adore makeup and dramatic shadow but I can barely be bothered to wear more than powder to school. The best thing about that is it makes you more confident in the future; because you're used to your natural face and have become happy with it. Not to mention when you do something different with your makeup people notice more! What I DO recommend is try out different lip colors! Pinks, reds, lilacs change it up! If you're uncomfortable with a color but still want to wear it apply a bit then sheer it out with your fingers or get a tinted lip balm in that color. I feel like lip colors are always fun at any age. I recommend the color whispers

Also, if you do decide to wear foundation. Or something stick to a powdered foundation, so it doesn't look cakey, then use a blush so your skin looks natural! I recommend a cream blush or a liquid blush
