I don't like using SPF more than I need to due to the chemicals it contains. I wouldn't use SPF if I'm sleeping anyway! ;)

Thats more of a day moisturizer, If I were you I would invest in some Nivea soft cream, it's very light and makes your skin soft and looking great in the morning.
