Okay so I haven't used heat or anything damaging on my hair since the beginning of June and it still won't grow. It's healthy and I do everything I'm supposed to. I even use a comb when it's wet instead of a brush. I got the split ends cut off before I stopped using the heat and damaging things. Why won't it grow? What can I do?

Have you tried taking vitamins?

Hair grows about a inch a month. You can't speed it up anyway.

I've taken biotin and other vitamins. They didn't work and I stopped taking them bc of all the side effects they could have. They're not worth it.

Biotin broke my skin out like crazy. That is one of the side effects for many people. Try using an egg mask on your scalp and hair once a week. The protein from the eggs have been shown to speed up hair growth and it also helps the overall hair structure. I do it every week and always get comments on how long my hair is "getting"

I've tried the hair masks. Don't work. And I also eat healthy and exercise so I don't know why it won't grow. It's been the same length for 2 years.

Some tricks I use is braiding my hair at night and using the least amount of chemicals in my hair using natural shampoos and if you cut your end often your hair isnt going to grow your hair grows from your scalp not your end massage your scalp at night and look for product that strengthen your hair

I have massaged my scalp. I don't stress. I have tried tons of hair growing shampoos. I'm using shampoo and conditioner with no bad chemicals right now. Braiding your hair is bad for it, bc it breaks it. You should leave it alone. I don't use any chemicals on my hair like I already said. I haven't cut the ends of my hair for a couple months, I already know it doesn't help. And I've used tons of products to strengthen my hair. You guys are seriously just telling me stuff I've already told you I do and don't do. It's a little irritating and not helpful at all.
