I just tried the olive oil thing the other night and it has made my hair softer and less likely to start a fire :) I'm going to do it again this weekend.

Drink lots of water. deep condition/use a mask. I really like the macadamia brand. it can be expensive, but they often have sample packs at ulta. apply coconut oil (works best if you heat it up and apply after a deep condition while your hair is still damp). stay away from heat, obviously. hahah. watch what you eat because even if you don't want to take pills, you can get the good nutrients that promote healthy hair from your diet. and finally, this may sound weird, but wrap your hair in a satin wrap or use a satin pillow case. it doesn't suck moisture from your hair the way other fabrics would. I've been doing this lately and it makes a world of difference.

Mix avocado, olive oil or grapeseed oil (known to make your hair soft and help it grow) and a little tea tree oil. Mix. Apply. Wrap in a hot towel. Wash with warm water after 20 mins. It works wonders.

Be really careful with the shampoo it can really stripe the hair and dry it out. For soft healthy shiny hair use condition the hair 1st, then mix honey & almond (or) olive oil together and work it all the way down to the ends. Allow it to sit for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse and love your hair. Hope this help :))

For repair, use essential oil conditioning treatments like pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair mask once a week and get regular trims to prevent split or damaged ends. Try not to use heat or dyes on your hair either! You can also massage your scalp once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to help stimulate health and growth, and leave in the oil for about 30-50 minutes to let it sink in and work.
