So I just bought some organic coconut oil and I heard it works great for your hair! I'm trying to grow out my midly damaged bleached hair and I was wondering if I should heat it up and apply to my roots to help stimulate growth or would that make it too oily? Please help!

I apply it from the end up to the scalp. Focusing more on the ends.

You don't have to heat it up, it melts at body tempurature so it melts in your hands!
Coconut oil is the one thing you can not go out in public though hahaha it's super oily!
I like to put it on root to tip in layers and then wash it off an hour later in the shower, or ill keep it over night and shower in the morning
