First of all, here's my hair story.
In the fifth grade I got red highlights
In the sixth grade I got blonde ones
In the eights grade I dyed my hair black
In the end of the eighth and half of the ninth my hair was BRIGHT red
The last half it was an orange/ honey color.
My hair was pretty damaged from that and heat styling so I dyed it an ombré so I could grow my roots out, now my hair is about to mid boob and IM SO BORED!
It's super healthy right now thanks to coconut oil plus I haven't used heat on it in about 7 months (except twice, grad and my cousins quince)
My hair is more than healthy enough to dye now and I'm just so bored with my natural hair that I don't know what to do!
To help, my eyes are dark, basically pitch black and my skin is medium deep because I tan super fast but in the winter I'm just light-tan haha I fade super fast :(
Ill post a picture of my hair at the moment but it's basically ombré, my roots are about 5 -7 inches hahaha. Crap picture of me but it shows my hair color well

Use hair chalk! It can spice up your hair with out the harmful effects if dying it. Your hair can really do any color and look good but I would suggest red or pink to spice it up blue would also look nice!

-clip in extensions (buy them or make them yourself) you can do a set or just highlights
-semi permanent hair rinse
-hair chalk
-experiment with hair styles
--I agree with Claire B., hair chalk would be great for you since you like coloring hair. Totally harmless and fun. Here's an example
