No looks great love the blue but with your brown eye color that not really the right one a gold or something to match your eye would be better but the all around look is great not too much not too little to complete it you should consider filling in your brows.

I think you should apply a little bit less on lower lashline and make it thicker on your top lashline. Looks great!
