I Agree with Lolli. Never go dark eyed for a wedding. Always light and with a flirty color lipstick

What shade of blue? I would say if its dark to do a smokey eye and nude lip if lighter try a white silver kind of look with a light light brown lip.

I would do a very light hazy grey eye. Just blend the grey with some brown so it looks like its just floating off your eye. I would use a light pinky peach lip. Sort of like this but lighter eyes.
