I have the Babyless curling wand and it always stays really well but it takes a long time to get all of my hair curled. I also have a Hot Tools 1 1/2" gold curling iron and I love it.

Tried mousse before curling, also would reccomend curling wands for thick hairr or try curling hairr with straighteners

I love hot tools, use a spray mousse. start the curl more towards the top don't clamp it at the ends and roll up

You can use any wand just make it gets hot enough. When the temp is too low you get janky curls
And spray your curls after each section

Go to sally beauty store ,my hair also is thick but it will hold a curl for days with a lot of spray,maybe gel it.

Wow... we have the same hair! Color and problems! lol I usually have to put curlers in my hair for it to stick. :/ But when I do use a curler I put gel in my hair and brush it through, curl and then spray. :)

Karmin clipless! And when you curl, pin up each fresh curl and then let it down when it's cool, it will last longer.
