Maybelline bouncy blush is great has a little bit of color but not too much or the Mac blush in the color dainty pink gives you a rosy glow.

Look for light pinks and peaches to give you the most natural flush.
Here's a quick list of some shades that are great!
Peach Blushes:
NYX in Peach $5
MAC Ripe for Love $21
Laura Mercier Peach Whisper $24
Pink Blushes:
Wet n Wild Pearlescent Pink $3
MAC Tippy $21
NARS Desire $28
These are all powder blushes. I find that if you have sensitive skin you should avoid cream blush or cheek stain/things like that.
