Coconut oil in your hair for at least 30 minutes. Wash out with *lots of* shampoo and conditioner.

Don't use heat as much on your hair honestly you can see such a difference in condition and length when you use less heat. Also use oil such as Argan oil, or as Maddison said coconut oil, it helps give your hair strength to grow and makes it look so shiny. Good luck. x

I've used all of those oils but the BEST one for me is avacado oil! It has more vitamins than coconut oil. It basically transforms my hair and its been growing pretty fast. I also use an egg mask once a week.

Eat right and take a hair pill like rejuvicare. it works wonders for me. also, take care of your ends, because fast growth doesn't do you good if it's all falling off the bottom anyway. hahah. stay away from heat and keep your hair moisturized. :)

Drink plenty of water daily and eat more proteins, fruit and veg (dark green veggies are the best). Massage your hair every day, wet or dry for about 10 mins and flip your head upside down for 20 seconds so that you can promote circulation in your scalp. Once or twice a week, massage your scalp with almond oil and leave it in for 15-30 minutes before washing it out. A healthy treatment does a lot to make your hair healthy, I use an argan oil from pro naturals and it works great.

Make sure you cut your hair every once in a while so that split ends don't interrupt the growth process
