White on the water line, a light shimmery eyeshadow on your in we corner

When doing eyeliner, so not put it all the way around the eyes, since black is slimming, it makes your eyes appear smaller. Do winged eyeliner on the top and smudge eyeliner on the lowerlashline but only place it on the outer half. That will keep your eyes looking open
