Foundation/concealer/powder (whatever your comfortable with), subtle blush, curl lashes, light mascara, maybe a bit of winged eyeliner and tinted lip balm.

You don't need tons of makeup, so I'd say just wear powder. Wearing foundation and stuff when you don't need it pretty much wrecks you once you reach the teenage years. So use some concealer only if you have acne and then add some translucent or tinted powder on top. It'll give you a more flawless, shine free look without all the cake! For the eyes keep it simple, you're still young! You said you had small eyes? I'd say use a nude eyeliner int he water line to open them up, and then some white shadow in the inner tear duct, this looks natural while making you look more away! Add some black or brown mascarra and curl your lashes and you're done! You don't need tons of makeup in 7th grade, in fact, I'm in tenth grade and barely wear any to school. As passionate as I am about makeup, I like to save it for either special occasions or when I'm bored

Don't use eyeliner especially on the bottom because it really closes your eyes. Just go with mascara and you'll be even more perfect!:(

You would look absolutely fab in bronzer and maybe later on 8th grade blush
Then for the eyes, put white shimmerry eyeshadow on browbone and iner corners. Then put black pencil eyeliner on top waterline and on the base of your top eyelashes. I really love the look on your profile picture.
