Okay, so I've had this problem since puberty started, and I'm really sick of it. Not to mention I've had it pointed out to me three times in the past two days.
My skin is really oily. And it's always shiny. When I put on makeup with primers and powders it'll go for two or three hours and be fine, but other than that it's just not fun. I have little oil absorbing sheets that work pretty well, but I can't always have them with me and it's kinda annoying to have to do that.
Does anyone have any old tricks or good products to take care of this? Thanks!!

Yes put corn starch on the spots. It will go away all day!! And be soft! Everyone tells me my skin is so pretty when I use the cornstarch. Just apply it with a fluffy brush

There are LOADS of cleansers for oily skin, I have oily skin too - and the one from cetaphil works amazingly! You should try it - my skin isn't oily at all anymore

Use Garnier Pure Active Exfo-Brusher. The ingredients are drying on normal skin so its perfect for oily skin. I had an oily T-Zone that used tovbe shiny all the time but now it has basically all gone :)

I found this trick on YouTube - before you put on makeup, instead of a primer, use milk of magnesia. Yes, a laxative on your face. Just get the unscented one and apply it lightly wherever you get oily. I do it when I need my makeup to stay put for a long time and notice a massive difference. Check out the YouTube channel TheBeautyVault - she's an amazing makeup artist and has oily skin, so I find I get the best suggestions from her. She's also really into drugstore products so her recommendations are usually affordable. She's who steered me to the milk of magnesia!
