I'm 13 and I want a makeover but I want it to be small and noticeable what should I focus on?

Mascara, lip gloss, and a little concealer if needed. you can also go with light eye shadow of you want. :)

Do you already wear makeup? If not then buying some mascara and an eyelash curler from the drugstore could be a nice way to enhance your eyes while still looking pretty natural. You could go for some eyeliner to if you want but if you don't wear a lot of makeup I would stick with a lighter color than black.

I'm 13 too. Start small and work your way up during the school year. You should start with:
Mascara
Bb cream
Baby lips

If your face is clear I would recommend using a pretty blush & mascara & eyeliner & maybe some eyeshadow! Make your eyes pop :)
