I figured out how to make a good liquid eyeliner who doesn't have time to buy some. Do you want to know how??

Ok. This is how you do it. It's super easy. Just take a little bit of foundation, concealer, or clear mascara, then add eyeshadow (enough to make the color really show) and mix together! Then just apply with an eyeliner brush:) it comes out great! I made it with foundation.

You can also waterdown pigments. It takes less products and is better for your eyes.
