What ever you do, DO NOT USE HEAD AND SHOULDERS. It is terrible for your hair. It's so strong, you can wash your car with it. It ruined my hair, not to mention it gave me a lot more dandruff. It makes your scalp itch. I recommend using a deep cleaning, leave in conditioner
