Yes omg you should totally chop your hair off. such a beautiful face must be shown. and I would suggest a short bob, and then when you're in love with short hair you can get a pixie. and trust me you won't regret it.
please post a picture once you get the haircut!

Maybe a bob or pixie? You could also get your hair layered, but cut it short and have the longest part be to the bottom part of your shoulder:)
