My jacket won't get clean...

My college jacket (I think its called?) is black with white sleves whell anyway its bin washed a lot today cause there's these stains on it we can't get them of and its judt normal dirt :/ like the dirt you have in your garden but it won't get off, so anyone got any good ideas? :/
