Whenever she wants to! Just be careful with products you use when you are teen cz thats when major transformations happen in the skin.
Personally, I started wearing right now in my life and I am 24.I wear to hide my acne marks basically! If I had clear skin, I wouldn't have.

I would say 7th - 8th grade just mascara if you want.. High school then it's more ok with make up but 7th and 8th is like pushing it.

But when I was in fourth grade I wore eyeshadow and gloss. In 5th and 6th I started wearing mascara. And now in seventh I wear almost full face makeup like concealer pressed powder eyeshadow brows liquid liner mascara blush sometimes bronzer lipstick and gloss. But I don't wear it on a daily basis. Because of acne.😢 But I usually wear it when we go out or when we have guests. But I think it's fine for younger kids to play with makeup. My 8 year old sister has makeup and she only uses it very rarely and even has a brow pencil. So hell when you want to start wearing makeup just try it.

I think it should be up to whoever is putting makeup on their face when, why, and how much they apply. It's their face and what they choose to present. Makeup isn't a one size fits all kind of thing, and I hate how people try to constrict others into a small box of what's acceptable and what isn't.
