Main n tail should work but it makes my hair knotty so I stopped using it, you could also take biotin it help nails grow along with hair

Try using extra virgin olive oil, massage it into your scalp and hour before you shower :)

Maybe with the mix of garlic and olive oil put them togother in a box of glass and let them for a month to berwing , after that you can use them as an oil
Put it on the roots of your hair for 4 hours and rinse your hair with shampo to get rid of the oil
