How can I make my eyes stand out?! Nothing too crazy, just something to make them look really pretty! Eyeshadow colors, eyeliner, mascara, etc.

Apply a dark eye shadow only to the outer corners of your eyes. And line the outer corner of the eye as well :D and add a light shimmer to the inner corner of your eyes. And with the help of an eyebrow pencil, make a sharp arch to your eyebrows
