Hey guys I have really blue eyes and brown hair does anyone have tips that will make my eyes really pop or eyebrow fill in tips? Here's a pic it looks bad sorry about that.

Well, eyes pop with black eyeliner and some mascara (: if you have big eyelashes is better cause then it'll really pop and I think lipstick makes your whole face pop!

Try a eyeshadows in the bronze spectrum, it will make your eyes stand out.

These are my eyes, they're green but some upper eye liner and mascara would make your eyes pop, you could also add lower line eye liner :)
