Best liquid or felt eyeliner?

It can be high end or low end! I used liquid everyday so I don't mind an investment.
I've tried the revlon color stay which was rumored to be very good but it works horribly on me. I've used the l'oreal lineur intense eyeliner previously and it is pretty good but I found it can flake easily come the end of the day.

I just got this awesome liquid eyeliner from Kay Von d. It's amazing!! Long lasting and soooo perfect. It can be shimmering/non shimmering; however, it only comes in black. I ordered it from sephora, I just can't think of the name right now!

I actually love the Jordan's Fabuliner in black. The felt tip is just firm enough to have good control, but flexible enough to get into tighter areas like your inner corners. The eyeliner is long lasting and easy to use! I believe it also comes in a brown color. you can find it in drugstores or online for under $5 ^^
