Garnier all the way :) it can actually build up to a medium coverage and it doesn't look cakey at all. And depending on your skin type, it will keep you matte longer than most foundations will. It's amazing.

Anything with active ingredient Retinol is supposed to reduce dark spots, even out skin tone, prevent wrinkles. strongest ingredient you can get over the counter. try the brand Philosophy. otherwise go with Tretinoin which is prescription.
