So I used to have long hair that my family (also licensed hairdressers) wouldn't chop off, and I went to the people at my work and they chopped it all off. :( does anyone know any shampoos or anything that helps hair grow?

I've heard that applying olive oil to your scalp helps, I'm not sure though, but it seems to work.

What I do is warm up extra virgin olive oil and massage it into my scalp around an hour before I shower, and then I lay upside down so that the blood can go to my head and I keep massaging it for a few minutes and then I go shower :) lol it works for me and I've seen results

I think I may try a little bit of every one of these pieces of advice. (: it's just, my hair is one of the things I was so proud of and it was past my waist, so when the woman cut it off, I almost cried because now it's to my shoulders.
