Highlighted blonde hair to chocolate brown at home?

So my hair is naturally brown with red undertones but I highlighted it with the frost and glow kit and now it's honey blonde. I want to go dark again but I heard it could end up green😳 is this true??

I would wait a month or two just to be safe. Don't let your hair go into chlorine for a while. just let your hair rest for a while and then go back. hope I helped.
