My mom got her eyeliner tattoed it wore off after a long time thow but she would still put eyeliner on top so I don't think it saves time so not a good idea.

Yeah my mother in law has her eye brows and they look great but my mom has her eyebrows and they don't look as good as they once did and she has her eye liner tattooed too.

My cousin got permanent eyeliner and she said it hurt sooooo bad, but she absolutely loves having it! And it's been like 20 years since she's gotten it. I personally wouldn't get it, but my cousin loves it and she's in her 40s soo...

AND IT IS NOT PERMANENT! You can't get permanent make up its semi permanent last about 3 years xx

A few friends have brows and liner, but they still use cosmetics...and rock it. I personally wouldn't do it, but if it's done well..then enjoy.

@Whitney T, I agree with you, what if you wanted to change up your liner or change your eyebrows shape yeah its semi-permanent but its still a long time!

It depends. What is it that you're trying to achieve? Research what type of permanent makeup and the person you're getting them done by if you're planning to get them done.
