So I have a bad habit of biting my nails I've tried stop the bite and fake nails nothing works , any suggestions?

This is really kinda silly but my mom but her nails when she was little and my grandma put nail polish remover on the tips of her fingers and when she bit them it tasted nasty so I don't know if you want to it but that's what she did and mom no longer bites her nails.

Well a friend has that problem and she started to use a nail polish that makes your nails taste horrible when you try and bite 'em, you just ask for it on sally or any beauty shop and I think they have it (:

I use to bite mine you probably would never believe it considering these are my real nails. I dipped mine in nail polish remover every am and then when you go to bite it, it taste gross and you won't do it.

My friend's mom put lemon juice on her nails to get her stop. Also, just painting your nails worked for me. Nail polish is disgusting so I stopped biting.
