Really?! I never wear foundation or anything on my face, but I have some light marks so I wanted to cover them... How is it bad?

BB cream isn't bad for your skin... it's generally lighter than foundation and provides other benefits. I haven't tried this one yet- let us know how it goes!

A lot of Asian bb creams have a thicker consistency, but the American bb creams are generally medium to thin consistency. So maybe the cosmetologist meant it might not be good if you have oily skin, because it would probably be more moisturizing if its thicker? Bb creams, especially Asian bb creams, are usually packed with great ingredients and/or made specifically to benefit your skin(such as brightening, moisturizing, etc.). They're actually really good for your skin, for the most part. (: and the cover girl bb cream doesn't have much coverage, so if you want more coverage from a drugstore bb cream go for the revlon bb cream (my favorite) or maybelline has one that I've heard great reviews on. (:

I have that one! It's not as good as the Revlon one, but it's good. :) Just make sure you set it with powder.
