What's the best way to cover them... and how can I make my concealer to not crease...

Well, because a wrinkle is a fold of skin you really can't "cover" them. The best thing to do is stay hydrated and get yourself a good under eye cream :)

Nice!..
I uses primer under my concealer to prevent sinking. definite difference.
use an eye cre twice a day to keep under eye area hydrated. the rest of the perks are gimics. but hydration is most important.

Try Perfekt eye gel.

It's a soothing, cooling gel that smooths lines about the eyes and other areas of the face. It is silicone based and you need but a tiny bit. I realize it is pricey, but one tube should last you a year. It's essentially an eye primer, but it softens the area, blurring the lines and it is highly effective. The trick is all in the application, which may take a bit of practice. It comes in both tinted (for use in place of under eye concealer) or a clear gel. I never apply foundation beneath my eyes, but instead use a primer and the gel. When I use concealer, I use it only from the very inner corner of my eye, to the line beside my nose..leading to the top of my cheekbone on a downward angle..about halfway to the cheek. I also don't powder under my eye, since I don't use foundation, there is no need. Instead, I lightly powder just where I have applied concealer. This avoids any creasing and deflects the light, while retaining a smooth eye that isn't likely to crepe. Oftentimes foundation or concealer settles into the fine lines, exaggerating even the teeniest of them. In my view, less is more when it comes to applying foundation or concealer directly around the eye. Sometimes, dry skin can cause lines to appear due to nothing more than a lack of hydration. By drinking plenty of water and using an excellent moisturizer (intended for that delicate area) you may also reduce your creasing. Beauty Blenders are great for skin prone to dryness. I always begin by applying a moisturizer completely over my face and then allowing it to soak in a good 10-15 minutes (if I have the time). Then, I apply my primer...then the gel. Sometimes, I apply the gel after my face is done..lightly patting with a single finger..a pea size amount being ample for doing both eyes. Just beneath my eyes, I use only Urban Decays pore primer. Then, if need be, I reach for my Perfekt. (I do wear BB often and apply that on my entire eye area because it is light coverage and I want the SPF).
You may need to only use the gel on the creases of your outer eye...but it also works on other areas of the face. Many, including myself, have found it to be plumping/hydrating in that it helps retain moisture as the day/evening wears on. The cooling sensation is a plus. :)

You can read reviews on the product at Sephora's website. It's called "Perfekt Eye Perfection Gel" and has 350 reviews with a solid four stars. It may not work for you, but it's worth a shot as Sephora is always willing to administer a refund if you find the product unsatisfactory. Nothing will eliminate a line, but it should help you diminish their appearance and hopefully solve your creasing issues.

Not sure if this link will work, but this is it. Good luck!  :)
