I have small eyes and I wanna make them pop and look a little bigger. Any ideas? :)

When dooing eye makeup try not to put black eye liner on your water line instead put a cream color liner or white it will make your eyes pop a bit more :)!

White shadow in the corners of your eyes make them appear bigger.
