You look much older and seem to know what you're doing. If you feel comfortable with that amount of makeup on, then I think it's fine. But foundation may help your appearance, but it's better for your skin to not wear it, especially since your hormones at that age, I think getting acne is inevitable (well at least that's how it was for me).

I think it looks perfectly fine especially since it looks like you know what you're doing. Do whatever you feel comfortable with! I don't think it's too much! But if you have acne try makeup with salicylic acid in it or maybe skip the foundation because it stops your acne from healing.
