To be honest it seems too good to be true. Reminds me of an epilady type product. That item was garbage

I used it for 2 years and it does work you just have to use it a while you need to catch your hair in its growth phase an the heat from it kills the hair follicule but it could take up to 6 months to a year to catch it all I had those annoying chin hairs now there gone completly.
