Okay , so I recently ordered extensions and I got them in the color medium brown , when they got delivered I was going to dye them the burgundy color my dyed hair is , but now I've changed my mind and I want my hair black with blonde ends , I've heard that you aren't supposed to lighten the color of extensions only make the color darker , how much damage do you think I would be causing my extensions if I decided to lighten the ends?

It depends on what brand of hair colouring you use.

You may burn them with the
chemicals.. or worse

It may not even work and you just ruin the hair. Or it does work and they get nappy and turn into a big knot. Unless you brush every 30mins and moisturize a couple times a day. They become super high maintenance
