Fuller lashes and it hard to tell but if its not heavy eyeliner looks like she uses a pale eyeshadow on just the lid. I'd suggest some cheek bone contouring too.

I like this one better. But you can achieve the editing you did with highlighting with make up so it looks like this in person too. Unless this is it unedited

Well it's only edited to be black & white, but in the process, it blurs the details of the eye makeup... I also tried doing the hair like hers, but I'm wearing a hat... So, this is what it looks like, minus the bow (and straight bangs, mine are too long for that)
