I'm trying to let my hair grow and keep it red. I want this cut. But I don't know how it's cut or where the bangs start.

Show your hairdresser this picture, they should know how to cut it. Tell them exactly how you want it. And as for the bangs tell them you want them to start around the outer corner of your eyebrow. They should get it :)

Right now it's faded from using John Frieda shampoo. I think I should get some riveting reds.

I honestly think you should change it up.. it kinda looks like a mullet... Like do the bangs choppy and get some layers but don't cut the top so choppy and so short and make the bottom so thin.. Even it all out.
